- Certain features of our mobile app may connect to your social networking sites to enable you to follow or be followed by other members of Revolution Health & Fitness Ltd. As a result, Revolution Health & Fitness Ltd may process information from your social networking profile, but only if you consent to allow your social networking site to make information available to the app. You understand that, by creating an account for the mobile app, Revolution Health & Fitness Ltd will be able to identify you by your profile.

- manage the membership system of Revolution Health & Fitness Ltd
- take bookings (such as appointments with our instructors and class bookings)
- to market and promote our full range of services to people that have expressed an interest in our services or been previous customers of our business.

3. The lawful basis on which we process this information
We process this information under

4. Collecting this information
In order to comply with data protection legislation, we will inform you whether you are required to provide certain information to us or if you have a choice in this. Where necessary we will ask for your consent.
5. Storing this information
Personal data will be kept secure whilst it is being stored, used and when it is being shared with others. We retain data as shown below. After this time the paper records are securely shredded and the electronic files are deleted.
- Membership data is stored whilst a member is current and for 7 years afterwards.
- Booking data is stored for up to 7 years after the booking.
- Financial data is kept for 7 years.
- As a perspective member who has consented for us to contact you. We will keep your details on our system and send you details of membership offers until you tell us you no longer wish to do so.
6. Who we share this information with
We routinely share this information with:
- Members of staff or tutors as appropriate
- Our software supplier and its associates
- Financial institutions for memberships and bookings
- Our accountants
All the parties above are under an obligation to respect your data privacy.
7. Why we share customer information
We do not share information about customers with anyone without consent unless the law and our policies allow us to do so and will never share your data to 3rd parties for marketing purposes.
